How to Search BIHAR GOVT MVR Details Online
- Open the official website link of bihar govt link http://www.bhumijankari.gov.in/. Go through MVR Details and then select Registration office, circle name, Thana code, Land type and then click on the advance calculation.
- View Registered Document search by Party name, village, survey number, Registered title deed serial number.
- Go through the link Registered view document open the link in that for quick search select Registration office and from /to Registration date. There will be 2 options
- Pre computerization (1996 to 2006)
- Post computerization (2006 to Till Date)
- Select the option and then fill the details and then search for Registered document. If a land or agreement document registration of sale deeds after computerization to till date one process. Select Registration office, Date of Registration or period of time, Property Location, serial number of document number as in Register maintained by SRO.
- Enter area in measurements, Khata number, plot number if house or flat, Party name, husband or fathers name, Locality, Circle, mauja etc. All above details are mentioned as per requirements in various fields.
- Web copy link is used to download the each individual copy of Registered document. A copy of a document issued by government guaranteed to be a true and exact copy of the original.
- Open the web copy link enter serial number (Type Deed no), Select Registration office and Registration year and then search for web copy and then download the soft copy and take a print out.
- Registration Department came into existence vide Government of Bihar. IGRS Bihar link is used to track various types of surveys.
