IIFL Online Payment:
All Customers currently having an outstanding/existing loan facility from India Infoline Finance Limited can use this service to pay for their outstanding loan(s)/ facilities.
You can make payments against your loan(s)/ credit facilities quickly and conveniently. You don’t have to write cheques/ visit a branch/ wait in a queue for your turn, to make payments.
Process For Online Loan Payment:
You should have a net banking facility available with your bank. The list of applicable banks is available in the drop down on the payment selection screen.
What type of receipt would be issued post payment?:
A customer would receive an online receipt after completing the transaction.
When would the proceeds reflect in my statement of account?:
The amount debited to your account would reflect on the Loan Statement within three working days, with a value date entered as date of payment.
What if I made an error while entering my loan number and made a payment to somebody else’s loan number?:
In-case you have made a payment to a wrong loan number, you need to call our Customer Care and register a complaint.
How will I know that the payment is made successfully?:
Post every successful transaction; you will get a success message along with a valid transaction ID. However, sometimes the transaction is successful but a transaction number cannot be displayed due to power cuts, connection failures, etc., in such cases you are advised to check your bank account credit balance to know whether the transaction has happened.
You should report about it to India Infoline Finance Limited if your loan account is not credited within three working days from the date of the actual transaction.
How are payments processed?:
Your payments are processed immediately after you have authorised the transaction from your other bank’s valid User ID and Password. If your payment is successful, you will be informed that your payment has been accepted and a payment transaction number will be displayed with a successful transaction note. If your payment is unsuccessful, you will be informed that your transaction was unsuccessful.

- You have to follow the process outlined below to perform an Online Loan Payment from a list of applicable banks
- Click on Online Loan Payment link on the website www.iiflfinance.com
- Read and accept the terms and conditions and click to proceed further.
- Enter your Loan account number, mobile number, email ID and other details [There are 8 fields to be filled in by the customers].
- Enter the required details and click on “Pay Now”.
- Make your overdue payments from your bank’s Internet login.
